Really good location with fine views, beautiful outside pool, amazing breakfast with a mix of local and exotic dishes, cute Prosecco surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. Huge and luxurious room with fine views and modern bathroom. Superb food, including a large selection of unusual regional cheeses. Lovely staff and relaxing atmosphere.
It was all superb.

Excellent and savy staff, friendly and helpful. Gorgeous breakfast buffet.
Cleaning service a bit noisy in the morning. Dinner ok but not great value for the money.

The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of fresh fruit and local cheeses. The room had a beautiful view and was kept clean throughout our stay. The hotel was also conveniently located near a main street with easy access to shops and restaurants.
The parking was a bit challenging, as it was located on a steep hill with limited access to the hotel. the bathroom was slightly outdated and could use a bit of renovation.

Beautiful location, gorgeous garden setting and comfortable and stylish rooms. It also featured the best breakfast we've ever eateb: both the quantity of choices of fruits, breads, pastries, cheeses and meats, and the quality of these, were incredible.

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The view from the hotel and from the pool area was really beautiful. Breakfast was a gourmet and very good. We arrived very late and they still made some supper for us to our room even though the kitchen was already closed.

What a lovely hotel with very kind, helpful and friendly hosts. Rooms are decorated with art, the hosts are real experts in art and the hotel full of interesting pieces. We loved lying at the beautifully set pool with view over Meran and enjoyed a phenomenal breakfast - we have rarely had such a brilliant choice, all dishes and the offered sorts of bread, cheese, fruits were worth 5 stars! We would always recommend this hotel and both hope we will be back very soon.

No elevators, bed not very comfortable, basic design all over the hotel, not much to do in the surroundings. Basically I felt underwhelmed and left the hotel earlier than planned.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. the views from the balcony were breathtaking and the outdoor pool was a definite highlight. We loved lounging in the sun and taking dips to cool off.
The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. we wish the hotel was closer to town so we could have easily walked to explore the area.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel surrounded by lush gardens and nature. the room was spacious and airy with a balcony and comfortable beds. the bathroom had luxurious linens and toiletries. the staff was competent and friendly, and we enjoyed free bike rentals to explore the area. the breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh, healthy, and local ingredients.
Some rooms lacked full-length mirrors, and the wardrobes were difficult to operate.
